“New Orleans (1970-2020): Portrait of the City” Feature in French Quarter Journal

New Orleans (1970–2020): A Portrait of the City published by LUNA Press is both memoir and documentary — a half-century of Crescent City life captured through Dalt Wonk’s incisive essays and Josephine Sacabo’s arresting black-and-white photography. Together, their work illuminates the city’s texture: its beauty, contradictions, and the singular characters who shape its story.” — Richard Goodman

A big thank-you to Richard Goodman, Ellis Anderson, and French Quarter Journal for this beautiful feature on our latest book.

Interview: Josephine Sacabo discusses her books, her life, and her art with “Analog Forever Magazine”

“I love doing books and hope to go on doing it with every major body of work. I love the idea of my work becoming a part of someone’s intimate life. Something they can turn to when they need it. When I think of what Heinrich Kuhn’s and Josef Sudek’s books on my coffee table have done for me, I can only hope that mine could one day do the same for someone else somewhere.”
